Sad PLEASE help my poor back!

    Hey ladies,

PLEASE help me! I have grown up, since around twelve, with major back problems. Scoliosis and a hip disease. Anyway, I used to be able to help it with regular massages and chiropractor visits, but now can't afford it. So I get my man to give me massages now, and anyway....

As it often does, I put my back completely out. This is where I can't leave the house or do anything until it feels better. BUT, I'm going on vacation in two days (Yay) but now I've have some of the worst pain ever. It is in my entire right shoulder, thus making my neck unmoveable. Can any one give me some suggestions! Anything to make the pain go away. Maybe some stretchs, etc.

Please help! I need the vacation!

yeesh! have you tried any of those icyhot back patches? i used one once and it was great! i dont see why you wouldnt be able to move it up to your shoulder. or you can have your guy give you a massage with some icy hot. my back is pretty bad (scoliosis too) and it works great. in fact i used the generic walmart brand and it worked just the same and is about half the price.

A chiropractor visit sounds worth it if you miss out on vacay without it! Hope you feel better, and sorry I don't have too much advice. Do look at this website though :

    http://www.craniosacral.com/

Craniosacral therapy is an alternative, permanent way to fix all types of health issues. (Has succussfully treated car accident patients, autistic children, people/kids w/ attention/ focus issues, people with scoliosis, ect.) It really works. It helped me so much with chronic back pain. And since it's a therapy, not a treatment, it gives permanent results. You will feel instant relief after 1 session, and no pain after however many sessions you need. I had 12 sessions, and no more back pain, hips popping out, ect.

It can be expensive, but maybe insurence can help??? Well worth the $$

Thanks so much for the suggestions ladies! It's starting to feel a bit better now. Just going to get a massage from my man, maybe with some warming creme. Then take a muscle relaxant and try to get some sleep.

Venus! Thanks so much for the DVD link. Definitely going to get it! I should just get it right now. Thanks so much.
