    Default Is This Okay?

Okay, the place I'm working at now MIGHT close down in six months so I'm checking out a few clubs tonight so I can build up a clientelle just in case (I dunno how many will follow me). I want to work at the one that pulls in the most cash, right? Would it be bad if I asked the manager how much the typical girl pulls in at the club? SHould I do it AFTER they hire me?

The money in every club varies so much depending on the girl. Also most managers will outright lie. Most dancers will outright lie. The only way you will find out is if you work there.

Take a look around while you are there, see how busy it is, what kind of clientel they have.

You might want to ask the manager what are the best nights to work (The busiest).

You won't get an honest answer from a manager for two reasons. First is they are always looking for new faces and will tell a dancer anything he thinks she wants to hear to get her to work there. The second reason is that he probably doesn't even know the answer because each dancer is different. Some will make all there money from dances others will get paid for their time. Plus he or she can't know what a dancer gets tipped on stage or on top of dances. A custy could be tipping a one dollar bill or a hundred dollar bill for all the manager knows.

Just go for it. Try a few clubs and find the one that fits you best or hey why not work at all of them!

Best of luck to you either way

Wow... The club on the top of my list... Okay, this is a rant now! The manger wasn't there so I had to fill out an application... which is pretty lame because he's not gonna hire me without seeing me, I'd have to go back! Then some bitch hit me in the back with her bag on the way out! Not hard, but she didn't apologize and was like 5 feet from me when I turned around. If it's THAT competitive, I'm out... Maybe I'll just go back to my old club, I just thought there was more money in other clubs, you know? How much time has to pass before you should get "re-hired"? I haven't been there for about 7 months.

Maybe explaining the situation, depending on how you left, would help you to go back. Most likely they will if you were on time, didnt have drama, ect.

However, I would probably try out the new club first. New faces always make money for a while.

Certain clubs seem to fit certain dancers I think? I can't explain it, but I make very good money at my club, while other girls I've known and worked with- some of them make not very much at all, but do better at other clubs. I think it depends on your particular approach and what you're comfortable with- I get very intimidated by large crowds, and can't hustle a group to save my life. So I can make eight or nine hundred on a sunday night, but like maybe four on a friday night. Who knows?

Go back! Dont let this girl put you off. There will always be bitchy girls in every club and shes probably being like this coz she knows your hot and likely to make money. Try it out and see what its like, im sure there are nice girls that work there too.
