    Default Ignoring coworkers

Most of my co workers are fine, but there have been about 4 that get on my nerves. I'm pretty quiet most of the time, so nobody knows they annoy the hell out of me. My question is...how do I successfully ignore them? Their negative energy doesn't do wonders for me. But the thing is, I know it's my own fault. It's not like they try to mess with me or anything really..just little things they do...sorta hard to explain. Anyhow...yeah..for awhile I successfully forgot they were there, but lately they've been getting to me.

Be constantly on the move. I try to be as active as possible at work. When they start to get on your nerves, just smile an say, "well lemme get back out there" or something like that...then be on your way!

How can you see them or being around them when you're entertaining a client? Never go in the dressing room and hang around. Work work work.

Think of the dressing like pit lane in a race. It is there for when you need to refuel (have a snack to keep you going) or change your tyres (do your hair, add more perfume/body spray, etc etc). Just like in a car race, if you stay too long it won't be to your favour. As long as you do this, how can they get to you? Also, just keep trying to stay away from them.

If it is slow and you can't avoid them (you are in the dressing room for a small break)... have a book in front of you or even better yet.. bring in your iPod or cd walkman and put on the headphones to listen to it... if you're on the floor, just excuse yourself to go to the bathroom or dressing room or bar even if you have a full drink.
