Okay i found the local clubs in my new area and its time to get to work I am have started traing myself to prepare for my return. I put my self on gnc's diet pill total lean and i am on a 1,000 calorie a day diet and i am exerciing. I am also going to pratice my dance moves and walking in my heals to get ready. My goal is to feel ready in 2 months. I was just looking for any advice and encourgement you can offer. Thanks wish me luck.
