    Default i am started traing :)

    Okay i found the local clubs in my new area and its time to get to work I am have started traing myself to prepare for my return. I put my self on gnc's diet pill total lean and i am on a 1,000 calorie a day diet and i am exerciing. I am also going to pratice my dance moves and walking in my heals to get ready. My goal is to feel ready in 2 months. I was just looking for any advice and encourgement you can offer. Thanks wish me luck.

    My advice is 1,000 is not enough for you to be eating. You can eat more calories still w/o gaining or have to worry about loosing enough wieght. At least go up to 1,200/day. Your body can possibly go into starvation mode and stop trying to loose wieght. If it doesnt have any calories to burn away with the fat then it will start eating your muscle which burns the fat in the first place.

    yep TigersMilk is right to bump it up 1200 cals. Get lots of lean meats, lots of veggies, and healthy fat. Since you have 2 months to prep I would even increase the calories higher so you don't burn yourself out. What does the GNC's total lean include? I looked on their website and it didn't give any info...taking a guess that it's a green tea supplement??

    Oh that grocery list is great thank you. As for the total lean its a knock off of other weight loss drugs it is herbal you can taste it when you swallow the pill (yuck) I realy like it it gives me huge energy booste. Thank you for you advice if anyone has anything else to add that would be great.

    If you're decreasing your overall calorie intake, then drink water, and I mean LOTS of it. Not only will it fill you up, but it will keep your chemical reactions in check and allow you to metabolise what you ingest far better.
