What to wear for informal interview

    Hiya

I have been called up to go for a "informal chat" at a local club, I asked if I should take my heels and dress however they said no need. So its just running through the rules, shifts and having a look around the club and sister bar.

I am unsure what to wear for this sort of thing... anyone got any ideas?? I have to go to work a couple of hours later so unsure if I should just take my bits with me just incase or if I should wear full make up or what.. any ideas would be welcome!

    Thanks chicks

I'd go in looking nice, with my hair and makeup done. You don't want to go in looking like you just rolled out of bed because if you do then they might now hire you. You can go in wearing dress casual clothes, that should be fine. Maybe keep one costume & shoes in the car just in case you want to work immediately.

That's how my club does the hiring of dancers- we don't have to audition, we just go in and meet with the manager so she can see what we look like and can go over the rules with us. We don't have to get undressed or dance or anything. When I went for the interview, I had my makeup and hair done the same way I would do it for work (except not as dark, but same colors, and more dramatic than I would wear it during the day- like going-out makeup) so they would get a good idea of what I'd be looking like while working. I just wore a pair of nice jeans, a form-fitting sweater, and cute boots. I made sure I looked nice, yet somewhat casual.

    Thanks chick!

Dont want to end up with my make up running down my face after walking in the rain so gone for a nude look just done dramatic eyes(all waterproof)- going to the seaside on a rainy windy day in the city not advisable lol I will update later!

yeah was really nice, enjoyed myself. yeah if I get it they get a bouncer to take girls to their cars which is excellent- is someone that lives in my area who is happy to give me a ride.

In the past I have been lucky if the managers have cared to get me a cab back to a rail station at 3am to wait for the 5am train!

In the end had to do a short dance, and chatted for ages, enjoyed the afternoon immensely, just waiting with baited breath for a response now! really want it!!
