    Default Eyelash Tinting

Now, I've been considering eyelash tinting for some time, because my lashes are long..but blonde..and mascara irritates my eyes.. but I just googled it and came up with an FDA warning that it is not safe to do! I did read a thread on here in which many of you ladies had good experiences..but after reading that it can cause blindness..I dont think I will.

I just wanted to share, I am so disappointed!!!!

I have had it done more than a few times...you must go to a professional (I had mine done @ a salon). I liked it, altho it wasn't the same as wearing mascara (lengthing, thickness). It also didn't last more than a couple weeks. There is a mascara called Kiss Me (blincinc.com, qvc, & maybe Sephora or one of the beauty sites has it) that you can remove by gently rubbing the lashes. It turns into little "tubes" around lashes instead of fibers.

Eyelash tinting can be beautiful and complementing as long as it's done by a professional with great credentials. If you've been thinking about it, do the research and get it done. If you like it, go back, if not don't. Simple.

I'm worried about having a bad reaction to it.

Ask them to do a patch test first to gauge your skin's reaction.

I had it done. It stung a bit, but not for too long. I liked the outcome.

I've had this done a few times, just make sure to go to a salon and that the esthetician has experience in the procedure.

I loved the result, but it doesn't last for all that long, maybe a month.

i think its pretty pointless... mine almost lasted a little over a month if i remember correctly... your best bet, honestly is to get a great mascara..... Christian Dior Show is a fabulous mascara..... or even ysl or mac have decent ones.... tinting is over rated.
