years in a club...advantage or disadvantage?

ok so I have been in the same club for the last 4 years. I have my regulars, but it seems like the club regulars are always after the new chicks. I wonder if me being at the club for so long is hurting my $$. what do you think?

I think it is good that you are grounded at one club, but if you could change the FREQUENCY that you work at that club, and work at a few other clubs simultaneously, it may keep you fresher.

I work bookings at small town clubs in the Upper Midwest. Bookings are for one week, and most clubs in the area will rebook girls once a month. Once a month is just the right time span where the regular admirers are ready to see me again

I've been at the same club for over 1 1/2 years, and I definetely am making less money than when I started. Yeah, I have regulars now that I didn't have before, but whenever we get new girls in, even the regulars want to hang out with them. I'm going to start traveling around now to try to make more money. It's nice that I'll always have this club to come back to, but it's always nice being the "fresh meat" in a club.
Take the road less traveled- just make sure you have a map.

I've worked at my club off and on for 5 yrs. I think in some ways it has advantages. And, in other ways it sux azz. I feel more is expected out of me since I've worked at my club for so long. Don't like that. I hate when they use me as an "example" for others to follow. Grr... I do make less than when I started. But, I blame that on the gov. I'll shut up now.(Don't want to get political)

I think that it depends on the girl and club. If you are good at conversation and building relationships, then dfefinately YES. Staying at a club and building a client list is great. Some clubs are just based on tourism so hoping that your customer comes back next year may be hard. Also, if you are banking to be the new girl, you can do well, but it's hard after awhile. You have you move on and find a new club with this approach. And these days, finding a new club seems quite hard.

With that said, men do like variety and I totally see that happening. You may want to try a new club for a change of pace.
