I suffer from PMS alot!
When I get back from vacation, i'm going to look into acupuncturing. I hear it's the best thing to treat PMS cramps, moods, hormornal acne, ect.





Calcium. It takes a month or two of consistent use to see a difference, but it's worth it! I used to think I was going crazy, until I started taking calcium supplements. After a month or two I noticed my PMS wasn't so bad, and found out the calcium I was taking was the reason. My emotional swings are less drastic, my boobs don't hurt as much, and my headaches diminished.
I take 1500 mg of coral calcium per day, along with my multis. There are various types of calcium and I have tried most. Stay away from the cheap shit - waste of money. Oyster shell calcium was also good.
I have no idea what would give immediate relief, because I no longer need it!![]()
I start taking Advil about 2 days before I feel like I am going to get my period - I get mad migraines, and I know it's coming.
Also, vitamins, lots of H2O, and CHOCOLATE!!!

Do you take the pill birth control--if you do, you can take it so that you only have your period once every three months. I love it.
