Hi everyone! I am kind of new here, and all the information I have read is a great help. Right now I don't dance because my living situation will not allow me to which doesn't bother me. I see this as an opportunity to get my booty into shape! So, If anyone could provide me with some ideas or links that can show me some workouts to do to tone up my stomach, legs, arms etc it would be greatly appreciated.
Also, one quick question... I am 21 yrs old 145 lbs 5 ft 6 with 38D natural cup. I think they sag a little. Do you guys there is anything I can do the perk them up, or do I just have to deal with the proportions I was given. Btw, I wouldn't be able to afford surgery.
