    Default Private Shows w/o License

Recently I've been thinking about getting back into doing the private shows. I'd really love to work independently instead of for an agency (agency charges $175, gives the girl $75)

Anywho, I"ve been trying to research this for my area to no avail...From what I'm learing there is no "sexually orien. business" license for the Cincy area. Alot of companies in my tri-state get a license based out of KY and work in all the other areas.

My idea: I was thinking about making an ad and advertising myself as a nude/glamour model. I would make this post in the "adults only" section. I don't really want to work with real photographers though. I was thinking that if the cops tried to bust me, they woudn't be able to since I really am a model.

I dunno shit..I"m really trying to do this though. I think it could be very profitable. Oh yea, I'll be doing in-call and I will always have someone in here with me working..

Any ideas? The last thing I need is to get busted with Solicitation charges!

I would ask the advice of either a vice detective, or a woman who you know who also does the same work. You could also try asking any lawyer who's versed in vice laws as either a prosecutor for the city, or defense for other dancers (maybe you can get a referral, even if the girl referring you is just a club dancer.)

Either way, I would make sure you have the name of a good attorney BEFORE starting to dance because cops will try to nail you even if you are a good girl. I have a boss who does privates, and she's been nailed on stupid shit before, even accidentally touching a guy's knee. I think she said it cost her about $2000 to have prostitution charges dropped. So, just a heads up.

Yea I was online yesterday and came across this lawyer in my city. He was a prosecutor for the city and he seems to really know his stuff. I may give him a call closer to around the time I seriously start thinking about getting back into this. For right now I'm just throwin ideas around..

    Thanks girls!

You're welcome I am really thinking about calling the lawyer guy today and asking him the questions. I talked to my hairdresser (ex-dancer) who also used to do private shows and she recommended that I talk to him BEFORE I jump into doing the private shows, instead of waiting until something illegal happened and then would need the lawyer you know...

I'll keep you posted. Ferra, you should look for lawyers who specialize in sexual type cases (prostitution, solicitiation, etc) so that way you know what to look out for in MI.
