    Default i love tmobile.

I had purchased a razr trhough them and renewed my contract (ive been with them for 3 years now) back in december. the stupid thing just started not working right just as so many people that i know who have them has said they do. i was worried about having to pay for a new phone and i called tmobile.

they offered to replace my phone for free, and not only that gave me a choice of several other phones which i took. im now waiting on my 3 day shipping to bring me my samsung. it even has an mp3 player in it. (id also like to say how much better quality samsungs are then motorollas. ive had 2 motorolas and 2 samsungs and both samsungs kickt the motos asses.)

ive been with this company for a while and they have always had excellent customer service, i would reccomend them to anyone.

I'm on my 2nd Razr. The darn things have a phantom limb syndrome or something; keypad seems to go crazy, with the pressing on their own volition. What model Samsung did you get? Post a link.

Awesome. My Husband's with T-Mobile and they've always been great to him. They let him upgrade his phone after having a contract with them for only a few months. When he first got them, he got a free phone (and we all know that the phones they give away for free are the ones they're getting rid of for a reason). So a few months later, he was in one of the locations paying his bill. The salesgirl looked at his phone and said "How about we upgrade you NOW? We can do it for $20!". $20 for a flip phone he loves.

I'm with Cingular, and I personally love them. But if they ever piss me off, I'll head to T-Mobile.

My wife had the same problems. They even tried to charge her a cancellation fee when she didn't renew/extend her contract.

Cingular and Tmobile allow you to roam freely between their networks.

Weird, so many people say their Razr sucks, but I've dropped mine tons of times and not one problem. Battery works great, everything works great. hmmmm

^^ Well like I said, they have sold TONS.

Physically, the flip is getting the most amount of crys for help. But in reality, I think it's the later firmware in the phone that is causing the problems.

    From Wikipedia I believe:
The original V3 has been criticised on the basis of its limited functionality, low memory capacity (5.5 MB), lack of storage expansion, low camera resolution (0.3 megapixels), and clunky interface. The phone's two screens are also notoriously easy to damage. [citation needed] In addition, users have complained of a foul, body-odorish smell coming from the stylish keypad after about six months.

The newer models address some of these criticisms by increasing memory capacity to 30.8 MB and camera resolution to 1.3 megapixels. The hinge mechanism also has been reinforced.

In practice, the GSM versions of the RAZR can only support packet-switched data transfer speeds of about 40Kbps using GPRS technology. Most other high-end (and even mid-level) phones nowadays support an enchanced version of GPRS called EDGE which supports much higher data transfer speeds.

Verizon Wireless's decision to disable OBEX in their RAZR V3c models raises considerable cost and usability concerns.[5] For instance, users cannot load their own ring tones on to the V3c from a Bluetooth-equipped PC. Although the phone can also be connected to a PC via a USB-A to mini-B cable, commercial software applications disable transfer features for Verizon customers. (Motorola Phone Tools 4 explicitly disables "all multimedia and internet connection features in this software," per carrier request.[6]) This means that users must purchase ring tones and other customized multimedia content from Verizon Wireless, and must use the company's network to transfer their own photos and videos to another device, which may incur further fees. Some enthusiasts have suggested complex work-arounds or hacks to overcome this limitation, but these may make the equipment inoperable or may violate the company's Terms of Service.
People are not ruled by their memories.

I love T mobile too! I have been with them for almost three years now. Once when I went over on my minutes they let me change my plan and backtracked it so I wouldn't have to pay $100-200 in extra minute charges! How awesome is that?

I've had terrible luck with Motorola phones so far, having to replace 2 in 6 months b/c they stopped working. Boo to them!

I'm getting annoyed with Sprint these days. Maybe I'll switch to T-Mobile...

I switched from sprint to t-mobile, and I LOVE T-MOBILE! Seriously, I have never had a better service, and I don't get those out of the blue 'we're charging you 200 bucks for your bill this month...just because' notices.

As much as i complain about my cell phone, tmobile is f*ckin amazing. They are really good about things...i feel like they are in it more for the customer than the money sometimes. I have had them for about 5 years, and had maybe over 20 phones because they break, get lost, dont work etc and i have to say..i know if i had any other company they wouldnt have let me do that! If i had any other company i would be in debt and probably would not have a phone. They are great.

I have T-Mobile, and their customer service has been good for me so far. Better than I've had with other providers for sure.
