    Default Sick all the time... help!

    Ok girls... I am fed up... I have noticed that since I've been dancing regularly I am sick with a cold at least every month for about a week. I guess it's from being around a lot of people... the physical contact... etc. So what do you do to stay healthy in this business. I am sick and tired of being sick all the time!

    Wash your hands often. Its one of the best ways to avoid germs. Think about it you touch the pole, hand rail, door handles, bathroom faucets and so on many times a day.

    Also, take a multivitamin every day. Youll know if its a good vitamin if it sinks in a cup full of water after 30 min or less. Also, take 2 vitamin C tablets 2 times a day; prefferably 45 apart or more. Like one in the morning and one at night.

    I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer in my purse and try to use it regularly. Wash your hands often...even after being in the dressing room. Take your multi- vitamins too. It definately helps to support your immune system.

    I am supposing you are not doing any kissy-kissy with the customers!? If so, that's a definate way to disenigrate your health.

    Make sure you're getting lots of dark green vegetables, drinking lots of water.
    Sugar is an immune system destroyer. Since I got off it for other medical reasons, I have not had one cold. Coincidence? I think not. Wouldn't hurt to try it.
