anyhow there is definitely a pole dancing/lap/go go dancing classes located in the city of Long Beach.. actually check out this website for more information: FunFitStudio.com <-- I'm goin there sometime soon, but if you want to join the classes, they offer a variety of schedules & dates, but ya gotta register thru the website in order to join. supposedly if you go to the studio they charge more for the classes or something... hope that helps!
I live in San Diego... and I've done and online search and checked with my gym and asked around... I seriously don't think we even have any!Well, there is ONE girl at my club who teaches in the club on Sundays for $20.

If you think school is hard, try being stupid.
are pole tricks really as 'difficult' as they appear???

Ummm... So. Cal is the original home of Sheila Kelley's S-Factor lessons. o.O

Check out www.thepoledancedirectory.com they have a list of schools in relation to the counries they are in and www.verticaldance.com provide online lessons if you have your own pole but no lessons in your area![]()

hey, i dunno what area of so cal you are in (thats covering a BIG amount of land...) but like cocoa said, fun fit studio is long beach has a class. in huntington beach there is a place on the corner of brookhurst and bushard, i forgot what the name is but it is a personal training gym and one of the rooms has 3 poles. like lilith said, there is the S factor school which is in la off of La Brea i think, check their webite. there is also another s factor school in costa mesa. in redondo beach there is a place called hipe studios (they have a website too, just google it) which has pole, lap, and striptease classes. in newport beach there is a school called sexercise.
hope that helps!![]()

in my experience, yes - if not more so. well, it depends on the trick i suppose and the pole. spinning poles are much easier to do an impressive looking trick on, imo. the inversions are what i have found to be particulalry difficult.Originally Posted by pookie
