What does it look like? Is it sub-surface or does it look more like a pimple? How big is it? Sometimes through shaving, etc, it causes the ingrown hairs that don't LOOK like ingrowns (they curl under before ever reaching the surface areas). Try putting some heat on it for a while and see if anything happens. Other than that...I dunno.

yes I have... it means you're fighting some sort of infection in your lower body meaning pelvis or even legs. I suggest you going to the doc to make sure everything is ok.

I think I know what you mean. I had this one time while in college and I went to the clinic to find out what it was. The nurse treated me like I was stupid and said it was a gland like the ones in your throat that swell when you have a cold. I didn't have anything wrong with me though.

it's probably just a lymph node if it looks deep. like the others said..you may just be trying to fight a small infection. if it grows anymore you should go see the doc

yep, check the growth, I ge them every once in a whle in the bikini area and right at my shoulder blade.. They hurt, but mine disapear in a few days... doctor says it's lymph nodes and as long as they don't get bigger, then let them heal.
It could also be a bruise that just isn't showing.. I get that from the pole all the time, right at the pelvic region, no visible bruise, but a lump just the same.
Please don't lick me, it tickles..
