    Default Nausea....

So lately when i get over heated i feel nauseous. I know i am not in the sunthat much.

Also when ever i am cooking and my tummy is next to the stove where the pot is boiling I almost instantly feel nauseous.

    Has anybody else had that???

Does this sound like a flu, or food poisoning??

Is there any chance you're pregnant?

You may also be dehydrated. Maybe try drinking more water throughout the day?

When did you start feeling nautious with the tummy near the boiling pot thing? Maybe you were just remembering how icky you felt when you got hot earlier? You might be dehydrated. Some ginger (chews, capsules) might help, too.

P.S. My ferret's nickname (her real name is Pookah) is Pookie. I call her that alll the time. Whenever I see your posts, I'm like... Oo! Pookie's on?

Sounds a lot like moderate dehydration. Drink -a lot-, even if drinking itself makes you nauseated. You might also have suffered heat stroke and that's why heat does it.

All kinds of ginger work... But you'd have a hard time eating it fresh. It's really strong. Do you have any health grocery stores? They usually carry it in the vitamin section. Or, ginger candies work okay. Trader Joes carries a good kind.

Does dehydration cause nausea??? I have been so nauseous lately, which I never am. And I'm not preggo, unless I'm birthing the next christchild.

I try drinking water and just heave it up. I'm not sick in any other way

Yep, it does. Boost your electrolytes. Try a fortified gator-aid or even if your terribly sick to your tummy, a pedalite. It's nasty tasting but just one should help.

Yes dehydration can cause massive nausea. After one night of drinking too many redbulls at work, I was so sick the next day I puked and puked. Finally I drank a gatorade or two, and a bunch of water, and felt fine.
