    Default Brusing???

I don't know if this has been asked/discussed before but I need to know what to do about brusing so easily. Am I lacking a vital nutrient in my diet or what? I haven't mastered any really funky pole tricks yet, but if I so much as spin around the pole or climb it in any way I wind up with sometimes bad bruises. Right now, I my legs looks like I was drug down 40 miles of bad road!!!LOL! The brusing appears quickly, and disappears just as fast. I have rubbed witch hazel on them and it heals faster, but if I so much as bump my elbow at home, there is a bruise within an hour! Any suggestions?

There are some threads in Body Business that address this. Do a search there and you'll find info. In the meantime, ARNICA: a homeopathic remedy made from plant extracts. It comes in both gel/cream form and pellet form. Take the pellets as a supplement (to be dissolved under the tongue) and apply the gel or cream to the bruises themselves. I bruise easily too, and this has done wonders! If you are new to this, though, it will still take some time for your body to adjust. The first week or so I felt like I'd been hit by a truck, and I'm in very good shape overall.
