Default If at first you don't make tip out try a smaller clubs

Hello all New Girls and some of the older ones too.

I started dancing in a very small club. At this club our idea of a lot of girls on the floor was 5 or 6. Don't let there be 7, then 2 of us would offer to go home.
Anyway, here is my advice. If you've never danced before, and you try it and find that you're not making any money, go to a smaller club.

I find that in a smaller club there is less pressure, and things don't come at you two fast. Also if you are younger, you might find that you are one of the few hot ones there, and that will really help for awhile, but don't get too comfortable, because when you go back to trying to make the big bucks you might be to used to people just handing you money.

Remember why you went to a smaller club in the first place. At the club I work at now, whe get so many new girls who have never danced before, and I see it too much, they either quit or still selling them selves, because they jumped in too deep. Alot can be said for smaller clubs.

The girls stick together more (I've found)
You get to know your manager on a one on one level.
It's easier to get regulars, who will follow you to a bigger club.
It's usually a more relax atmosphere.
    Drinks are cheaper
And you have time to work on you're style

Hope I've given you something to think about

i <3 my small club. being a big fish in a small pond is excellent. there's one or two other girls on my shift who're in the same boat as me, but we get to take run of the place. we get a lot of younger very naive girls who don't hustle. helps keep the place busy (and take up stage time) and yet doesn't hurt my wallet. it's great.

yeah sometimes its a lot easier working at a smaller more intimate club.... The pressure isn't on as much to come up with a huge tip out... I love it...

I enjoy working in a smaller club, because you have a chance to stand out. Also, being a big fish in a small pond totally works. If you are on a roll and getting lots of dances, customers notice and usually like to try a dance with you.

That's why I chose the club I've worked at. It's smaller and the dances cost less, but I sell more of them much easier.
