Hey girls,
I've always had this luck where I can lose weight pretty quickly. Since I came to America I realized I had gained TWENTY pounds in Australia. Icky! I knew I was feeling sluggish but I thought maybe ten pounds!
Anyway, I put myself on a diet. I have lost 7 pounds in 3 days. I only want to lose 14 more, but I know if I lose it in another 6 days it could be reallyreally bad for my heath. I'm already having problem sleeping and my stomach hurts really bad (I'm eating!) and I feel sick for the first three hours I'm awake.
How does a person lose weight slower?
My metabolism has always been like this (I was the queen of five day diets) but now I realize how unsafe it is.
What do I do?
