I'm getting it REALLY bad. I had been getting it in waves untill this morning. I felt to sick to even move for 3 hours. It finally subsided but now I feel so nauseous and sweaty. Almost like I have the flu. I just found out I was pregnant on Sat. and it's my first pregnancy so im pretty clueless about everything except what I have read online and in the 'What to Expect' book.. Does anyone know of anything over the counter that will help?
Does it keep getting worse? I am around 4-5 weeks right now. What should I expect next?
I am so nervous and scared. But very excited as well. I appreciate any advice from anyone as this is all so new to me.

) I used to sip flat gingerale slowly and eat unsalted crackers. I also found out morning sickness isnt just the morning.. mine came at me like later afternoon, go figure. I was working at a coffee shop at the time and it was a pain, I ended up doing the over night shift. Just stay as relaxed and take it easy.. it will pass in time *hugs*
