Hey, I've been doing a lot of yoga and pilates. Is it OK to do both?

Yeah, it's perfectly fine. Most women have multiple exercise routines, and besides; It's beneficial!
Definitely!
The two are very complementary to one another. A perfect combination!

"I just can't get over how much babies cry. I really had no idea what I was getting into. To tell you the truth, I thought it would be more like getting a cat." -- Anne Lamott
I dont see why not
Absolutely. Do it.

yea i do them both too, on alternate days

I did Yoga before I started doing Pilates however I do tend to "mix it up" in re: what I do each day for exercise... sometimes it's belly-dancing (great cardio), sometimes it's pilates, sometimes it is yoga for sport, sometimes it is just the basics (push-up, sit-up, etc).

i do yoga but ive never tried pilates...and yes, those belly dancing videos are the BEST!

Didnt feel like making a new thread. Should I do cardio before or after yoga?

i always do cardio first, that way my muscles are warmed up and more limber for all the stretches...

I would warm up before doing any weight/strength/ stretching type exercise with light cardio for about 15 minutes.
That said, I wouldn't do a killer cardio session- there's research that says depleting your muscles prior to strength/weight exercise with heavy cardio (which is both pilates AND yoga- they build strength, it's not a simple stretching class) increases your chance of injury.
