No not about race or creed... I am just curious to see if it is just something that happens with various strip clubs here in Australia or if it can/does happen elsewhere in the world....
I know of one strip club that probably won't allow me to work there due to me being an agency girl (working private parties) even tho' my agency work is fri/sat only ... nights I wouldn't work at the club.
I also know of other strip clubs after speaking with other australian agency dancers in other parts of Australia who also discriminate by not allowing the agency girls to work there unless they give up the agency/private party work.
Has anyone experienced this discrimination?
Am I the only one who thinks it is silly of a club to not employ a dancer because she does angency/private party work ??
Man, I must admit, if I owned a strip club I would certainly make it an agency as well not just a strip club... definately encourage the girls to work for the club and the agency whilst also giving them the freedom to work for one or the other.. that would be a goldmine!
