so ive been real depressed and stressed out lately cuz of a bunch of drama thats been going on lately and like some people who over-eat when they are overly stressed, i under-eat. today ive had some chicken nuggets, and i had to force myself to eat those. anyone else been through this and what do you suggest that i do?

(Okay, don't try that.) I'd just try to make sure you eat something, and if you can't eat, try drinking--protein shakes, OJ, milk, chocolate milk, maybe throw in a few pieces of fruit for a smoothie. That way, you're getting nutrition and a cup here, a cup there will add up.
