In regard to financing breast implants, keep in mind that because implants cannot be 'repossessed' if you get behind in your payments such loans are considered to be 'unsecured'. Thus in a general sense the credit decisions made by 'plastic surgery finance companies' are going to be very similar to those made by credit card companies. If you have good credit the interest rate is going to be high (like 10%) - if you have poor credit the interest rate can be much higher (like 18%) - and if you have rotten credit odds are that you will not get approved these days. By 'plastic surgery finance companies' I'm talking about financial institutions who loan money for a procedure, without further 'side deals' involved, without being linked to particular doctors etc. One such company can be found at

Another 'angle' on financing plastic surgeries is through a shell company that loans money only for procedures done by particular doctors in particular areas. I suspect that the reason for this is that either some doctors have a financial stake in the shell company (i.e. they earn interest payments or kickbacks from the shell company), or that some doctors are looking to attract new patients and look to the shell company for additional patient referrals. Regardless of whatever 'side deals' are going on with shell company financing, nevertheless it is not a purely financial enterprise. The good side of this is that girls with really marginal credit will probably stand a better chance of approval with a shell company than with a straight-up loan company. The bad side of course is that you're locked into working with 'participating' physicians. Since you're from Las Vegas, one such shell company with three participating doctors in your area is and the list of Las Vegas participating surgeons is at .

Also be aware that in some cases the prices charged for surgeries through shell companies / participating doctors are often somewhat above the local market. Example if the average cash up front price of a breast augmentation in Las Vegas is $4,500 the shell company participating surgeons may charge $5,000. Thus with typical loan terms and interest rates you may wind up paying back $175-$200 a month for 36 months for a total of well over $6,000 for a surgery that you could have had done for $4,500 cash with the doctor of your choice - if only you had the cash.

I'm not an advocate of financing cosmetic surgeries or taking out any type of 'unsecured' loan. However, in a club culture like Vegas, if you are a dancer investing in breast implants may make a fair amount of difference in regard to which clubs will hire you, which shifts you'll be allowed to work, and therefore how much average earnings potential you will have. Under such circumstances, financing breast implants now and earning more money may more than make up for the interest charges of eaning less money now, saving up cash, and getting the surgery 6 months or a year down the road.

I'll also throw in that some clubowners will finance boob jobs for dancers, in exchange for an iron-clad agreement to continue working at that club for X period of time. However, as quite a few girls have 'taken advantage' of such arrangements (i.e. skipped town / skipped the state with their new boobs) many clubowners are now expecting that the dancer put in the time first and THEN get the free boob job as a 'fringe benefit'.

In the way of general cost, breast augmentation costs are directly proportional to the costs of living in particular areas. Thus a first rate BA in NYC or Chicago or California may run $7,000+ whereas the same BA might only run $4,000 in southern states. As cosmetic surgeries are 'elective', much of the pricing depends on the 'demand' in a certain area (i.e. how many local housewives have thousands of dollars to spare to indulge themselves), and also the size of the local 'patient pool' versus the number of local plastic surgeons. Thus the most expensive areas are going to correspond to big expensive cities where average income levels provides for lots of 'discretionary' housewife spending, and the lowest cost areas are going to be smaller cities in states where the per-capita income is typically low i.e. Alabama.

Yesterday I got an estimate of $4,600 + a few incidental costs from a doc in Kalispell, Montana (Northwestern Montana)...but he only does sub-muscular implants, which turned me off....My friend said he is "covering his a*s" by refusing to do over the muscle augmentations. Plus, his results might not be as good as a doctor in a larger metropolitan area who does much more work & refines his craft.
Anyway, it's worth your while to wait for a doctor who can accomodate you...don't ruin your body with a cheapo butcher job...

    I can't have sub-musculars because of a medical problem + I want to weightlift & one shouldn't do that with sub-musculars.
The price is nice but I can wait.
