How I've done this, I don't know. The other night I managed to strain my groin & quad muscles so bad that I couldn't even walk. -Stage work I'm assuming. Which confuses the hell outta me cuz I stretch like the human pretzel before I get to work. Anyway, it was bearable yesterday so I worked. Now, the pain is back and worse than before. Any suggestions on what I could do to heal up quickly? I've got to work tonight. I really have no choice. I drove 3 hours to be at this club for an event.![]()
