Has anyone ever tried those hair-removing buff pads by Sally Hansen? They were four bucks a package at WalMart but I had extreme doubt they would work (you know, because they're from Sally Hansen.)
Has anyone tried them? Do they actually work?

All they do is sand the hair off...and if you are not careful, your skin as well. Avoid them at all costs.
I don't mind the sally hansen facial nair though-- just as long as you rub vaseline into your skin before applying so you don't burn your skin off. But then waxing is probably the easiest way.
yeah - not that brand but I love those things! They are only good for finish hair though otherwise the amount of rubbing required to take of thicker hair can take off enough skin to cause irritation! I use them just on my thighs once in a while as I dont shave my legs above the knee.

Which brand do you use, Aussie???

Good question, lol! Ill see if I can find out - I tend to throw the box away and I can't say Ive ever actually looked that closely at it! :-D

Well honestly, I didn't see how they could possibly work! Sandpapering fuzz off yourself? With a SALLY HANSEN PRODUCT??? That was only FOUR freakin' bucks?
Too good to be true, I figured, and I guess I was right.
Aussie...if you say your brand works pretty decent (I have super-fine blonde body hair), I'll give 'em a shot....provided of course that you figure out what they're called and if they're sold in Canada.

Ugh those things are the debbil!!!! Then again to me anything thats not a razor is the debbil lol. I tried those things just for shits n giggles having a feeling they wouldnt work... they turned my super soft skin into sand paper and left the hair![]()
I have always wondered about them too.One of these days i will risk it and give'em a whirl.Just out of curiousity.
