    Most comfortable pair of shoes

I know you girls must be sick of shoes questions but I just wanted some good advise. For my first pair of heels I dont want to buy a shitty cheap pair thats gonna kill my feet. So I was wondering what are the most comfortable pair of 6" heels you guys have ever worn. I heard that Pleasers are good but Im not sure. Thanks! ~kisses~

Pleasers are my personal fave. However, if you've never worn shoes that high, I reccomend starting with a boot, so you can learn the balance and ankle support, and then you should be fine in any shoes you happen to choose.

Everybody's feet is different and unless you're wearing flip-flops your feet will hurt somewhere. I started out in Pleaser Cha-Cha Boots and love them. I now use them as a back-up pair. Make sure you buy one size up. I've now graduated to 6 1/2-inch, leather heels from Jante or Pleaser it doesn't matter. They look alot more sexier than the boots and the pain is about the same. I recommend staying away from the plastic shoes, that's what really messed my feet up, but other girls at work love them. It really depends on the person, if it's your first day carry motrin.

The arch in a 7" or higher is actually more comfortable than 6" because the arch is not as high.

Thanks guys. I figured Pleasers are better. I wish there was a store around where I live that sell Pleasers. Ill have to double check. I'm gonna try a 6" and a 7" and see what feels better and see if I fall off them...lol

What about those foot petal inserts? Do they really work? They're supposed to take the pressure off or something like that....

I'm a big fan of Ellies, personally, just to throw another brand into the mix. I think their arch support is great! My feet have never, ever hurt after a shift, no matter how long and brutal (the one exception being a pair of boots, but that's just because the toe pinches a bit). Ellies aren't very wide, though I so I know that can be a drawback for some. But do give them a try while you're checking out Pleasers, too!

oK tell me how I did... now this is for my audition.... I bought a pair of plain black Pleaser chunky heels in 6 1/2 inches (I know chunky heel screams newbie but then I thought better a newbie then a clumsy fool when I fall off the stage in stillettos... the stillettos were comfortable but I was also on a rug....not exactly stage material....lol) and I bought alittle two piece set but I'm not sure if I like it...its plain...I couldnt find the exact pic because I bought it in a store but it looks like the one I attached but not shiny and in all black...I think I should of gotten something more colorful or a cute little dress or something...Let me know!!

Those were my first pair of shoes. They made it through a year of stripping, then the strap finally gave out. I loved them. Some moleskin padding along the inside of the strap near the toe will improve their comfort, as well as some ball of the foot pads.

    Moleskin -
    Foot pads -

Don't worry about the chunkiness of the heel. I've seen tons of veterans wearing shoes like this.

< Ellie shoes. IMO they are the most comfy pair of shoes i've ever stepped foot in. The same with their boots.

I found a pair of the Ellie style "carla" with the cone heel at the buffalo exchange. 12.50!!! There are a lot of strip clubs in PDX so the shoes show up really frequently.

I think that the straps are black though.
