What a dumb bitch! And if your blood alcohol content was that high, wouldn't you be passed out or in a coma? I can't believe she was still able to drive!

I just realized that I posted this in the wrong area, sorry! I tried to delete it, but it wouldn't let me.

Well she was totally wasted at 3pm, so clearly she has a problem.

I hope she gets the help she needs, and I applaud the 14 year old for preventing the little sister from driving again with the drunk mom that day. It's not easy to stand up to an out of controll, intoxicated parent.

She drank a pint of gin by 3 pm? I wonder whether this was a regular thing or whether she had some awful catastrophe and flipped. Either way, she definitely deserves the consequences; I'm just looking for an explanation. I'm so glad the girls are all right and had the guts to stand up to her.

If one is that intoxicated and IS still able to drive, its demonstration that they have a very high tolerance, which more or less implies that the woman has done this more than once.

For basis of comparison, a .35 BAC, not much higher than what this gal had, has been known to kill some people.
    Former SCJ now in rehab.

she must be a hardcore alcoholic to have a BAC that high and still be able to drive at all. I had a state attorney tell me when he worked in the DUI division they would see what the highest they'd get in was and I think he said the highest he saw was .4 something so you can go higher and still not die but you're a damn serious drunk!
