    Default Massages/Rubdowns?

Hey girls! This is my first post.

As we all know the summertime is very, very slow for SC's. The club where I work is unfortunately going downhill because of poor management and I'm ready to get out of this business altogether . . . . which brings me to my question.

Have any of you girls made a decent living doing massages/rubdowns? Recently I've met a girl who works for an agency that specializes in erotic rubdowns. No full service. Nice incall location that's out of the city limits. They charge around $200 an hour. The day I went to check things out they seemed relatively busy. As slow as it's been at my club, this gig is sounding a lot more appealing.

Can someone tell me the pros and cons of doing rubdowns for an agency? I'm really not interested in going the (full service) escort route and this sounds like something I would like to do. Please fill me in! Thanks!!!

Pros: Little to no hustling bullshit.

Cons: You can get arrested. You need to know the political climate, laws, etc., where you are.

Thanks Lena. I've checked out the laws in this state. Yes it is illegal to massage w/o a license but it is more difficult to get caught outside city limits. And this won't be a long term gig for me just something in the meantime. I'm really enjoying this forum. Some good folks here. Thanks again!

Therapeutic massages require a license, and your place will get scrutinized occasionally by a licensing board.

Recreational massages are legal around here and that means in reality 'body rubs' often nude with hand-jobs or more 'extras'. You are subject to undercover officer stings and arrests. Around here they tend to be marginally rewarding in a financial sense. So I'm told. But it depends on your local climate.
I loved going to strip clubs; I actually made some friends there. Now things are different for the clubs and for me. As a result I am not as happy.

Customers are not entitled to grope, disrespect, or rob strippers. This is their job, not their hobby, and they all need income. Clubs are not just some erotic show for guys to view while drinking.

NOTE: anything I post here, outside of a direct quote, is my opinion only, which I am entitled to. Take it for what you estimate it is worth.

Check with your local laws. In Texas, you will simply get a ticket equal to a misdemeanor for massaging without a license. I know, I am an RMT. I say it's worth it if that's all that's at risk. But if you are massaging with extras, that's prostitution, which is still only a misdemeanor but with much, much worse drama and bs that will affect your life. And summer is slow here for legit massage. That's why I am going to an SC. Massage with extras is no doubt lotsa bank. SUPER BANK! Like Lena said, know the law in your area and your risk factor. If the money is worth the risk and you are willing to deal the possible consequences of your decision, then go for it.

If you happen to be in or around Tampa Bay, don't do it. Every single massage parlor in Hillsborough and Pinellas (and maybe the surrounding ones too?) county has been raided in the past 6 weeks. ALL of them were raided, and the girls caught with customers were brought up on prostitution charges. They love to put this stuff in the news around here of late, as elections are coming up and one of the conservative candidates is emphatically anti- adult businesses. In addition to it being legally detrimental, I can imagine that widespread busts like this are very humiliating for many people.

That said, I don't know what it's like anywhere else, but from what I know of this practice in my area, I cannot imagine it being worth it. More so than escort agencies (which COULD arguably provide mere companionship for which no license or permit is needed) massage/bodyrub parlors seem to have no facade whatsoever... at the very best, it's a building full of girls operating without licenses.

Give it some thought, be safe, and good luck.
