    Default Oab

I've determined I have Overactive Bladder. No infections, so it has to be it. Any way to get it under control? I dont drink much, but I still have urges to pee so bad at least 3x a night that they wake me up and force to go pee, thus not letting me sleep well at all Help...

Could also be cystitis - a non-infectious, chronic inflammation of the bladder. I would recommend seeing a urologist.

^^ Yup, I had to. Mine ended up not being diagnosed but he gave me usept to take when I felt like I was getting an infection. Seems to have cleared them up. Definitely go see a urologist.

Have you tried doing the exersize where you pee for a few seconds then stop? You try to stop the flow for up to the count of ten seconds. At first you may not be able to stop the flow for more than a split second - and dont force it as you build up the amount of time over a few days. It gets easier and eaiser. This is great to reverse incontinence too.
