Ok, I have done a search on how to make sore knees and joints go away, but I know there is vitamins that help your joints to not be so sore, it's not really the bruising that's a problem for me it's the sore joints, mostly knees, but other areas as well. I want to say that the vitamin I need is Magnesium, but for some reason I'm not sure that's right. Anybody know a good vitamin I can take for joints???
