Hey everyone...
I haven't danced in almost a year now, and I'm ready to get back into it. I grabbed my shoes out of the closet the other day and put on music--remembered how much I enjoyed it; yes, even though it is just a job and there are those moments that are beyond anything else but still...I love to dance. I love the hours and the atomsphere, and I'll be honest--I love the hustle and quickthinking/sensuality it demands.
I'm confident that I can start dancing at the same club I danced at before, however, I've lost some weight, and I'm already kind of small to begin with. So you can imagine on heels I look even more beanpole-ish(in my eyes at least). I'm five foot three and right now at 108 lobs. I lost a cup size with the weight loss in the past year (from a C/B to a B/A) and I would like to build my body up a bit more, at least to where it was--for the strength and for the visual appeal.
I'm just posting for general support, and/or tips from other ladies that may have had a similar thing happen. I'm a good dancer and I can really work the customers, so I'm not all too worried--I just want to look a little more filled out(not to mention more cushioning for those just-beginning(again) bruises!
I figured I would carbo-load a bit...? Any dieting tips? Are any of you smaller-sized strippers or do you work with any?
Nikki
