Default long lasting impact of dancing

does anyone else feel like they've fucked up their body on the stage? My knees are definitely not the same from crawling around on the bar/stage and the joints in my wrists and shoulders sometimes hurt. has anyone else had problems from dancing/doing pole tricks? I personally know a few girls that have bad knees from dancing.

oh yeah! i've got creaky knees and aggrivated my back problem (scoliosis). You really have to drink ALOT of water and take glucosamine. During a depressed month, I was in the habit of drinking alot of alcohol and no water--i felt the difference.
I'm getting my Dial-A-Stripper service up and running again. If you are in NYC or NJ and are interested in private party dancing, email [email protected] with your SW handle, contact info, photo (if you have one) & best time to call and I'll get back to you asap.

If you're having a party and need strippers, email me with the details and any questions you have. Thanks!

I agree with Akasha drink lots of water and less alcohol if you do drink. Joint pain is just one of the bodies many cries for water.

There is a very good "polarity therapy" routine for the knees too if you know someone who knows how to do it...it hurts like the dickens but it is very effective and a few sessions should put your knees in good alinement

Plenty of massaging, glucosamine cream and tablets if your happy to take those.

I find my knees can get super sore sometimes, just try to take it easy on the poor things!!!lol

Next month will be the 2 year mark since I quit dancing and I STILL have problems with my back. My back is constantly sore or tight feeling and whenever I twist slightly to stretch it, my vertabrae crack; It sounds like rapid fire knuckle popping.
