    not surprising at all. Besides the resetting of ARM interest rates, there's also the huge issue of property value reassessments raising property taxes by huge amounts, rapidly escalating electric and heating oil/gas costs etc. as well as downward pressure on paychecks. NJ is particularly vulnerable to the closing of 'satellite' facilities located there as a result of downsizing. And to make matters worse across the board, the governor and state legislature just voted to jack up NJ state sales taxes and gasoline taxes.
