Default what's considered a slow night in NYC...

    hello ladies,

I'm trying to find out if it'd be worth it to travel all the way to NYC on the weekends (I can only work Fridays through Mondays...i'm taking a class this summer for grad school later on) to work at a club like "Privilege" or VIP or Ten's (by the way, is Ten's still a rip-off, with the 20% they take out if you get the funny money?),..or just find a club in Southwestern connecticut (usually where the men who work in NYC live)...?
Is it the Fridays that are still somewhat decent in NYC in the summer?

People say it's slow in NY in the summers...but what exa.ctly does that mean?Is it really thaat bad? Could I possibly make at least 200.00 a night working in NYC this summer on weekends, though? (I want to make some decent profit, considering lodging and travel costs) ...I'm getting into some debt this summer because I've been trying to do some soul searching and figure out what I want to do career wise, since I just graduated from college (believe me, I really was lost on this...but i've finally figured it out)...so I hadn't been working, just living at home...it was worth it, but when you're not working...you get into some debt.. now I figure it's time to get rolling again and get a side job that will help me pay expenses
Should I try to stick to clubs that are near touristy areas, like 42nd street or broadway...?
Or should I stick to the southwestern CT clubs for this summer because suppossedly that's where the guys live who run straight from work straight home since it's so hot in the summer? Any pointers? (also, I like to have fairly clean clubs...ideally on the upscale side...i feel uncomfortable in other settings...and no heavy contact clubs...I don't want to end up feeling emotionally scarred at the end of a shift, you know? i don't think any money is really worth that). thanks a lot ladies!

I would not recommend Ten's. I havent worked there in a few years, but from what I remember and all the new stories I hear around, it's not worth it. That funny money scam sure was a joke, I still have some somewhere because the machine was always broken!!!

    candygrrl,
thanks for your reply about ten's. It was advertised in some magazine...it was only one of two joints recommended/reviewed, so I thought it'd be decent...thought that even despite the funny money, i'd made so much there that that'd compensate for the chunk taken from the funny money cut and tip outs...but maybe not so?

random, sorta off topic: Scores only hires big-booby girls? I'm an A cup, and it seems like Scores is more like a place for busty ladies?

I think maybe we're not getting much responses now because maybe the NYC girls aren't around this summer, or are just busy with other things and aren't checking out this forum? who knows...

Yes the summers are slow in Nyc, its starting to pick up a little because people are getting tried of going to the beach and the city is fun in the summer. I haven't been working much lately but the few times I've been in Scores West it seemed slow. Not sure how the weekends are since I try to not work them but the clubs next door [which are many, Scores West is in Club alley] bring in lots of young rich guys, so you never know and all it takes is one good one to make your night. The main money in Manhattan clubs is monday tru thursday nights. I did go into Hustler on a friday a few weeks ago and it seemed ok. The only bad thing about these clubs here are the high house fees, its like your working sometimes just to tip out. I would try Hustler, Flashdancers [which always has good steady businees] or Scores West [there are all sizes of boobs there, men love every size of boobs, its really how your ass is, this is an ass town] for weekends. good luck!

I would stay far away from VIPs, which has a bad rep for extras, although I have never been there. I'd try Penthouse and the Hustler Club -- if those don't work, Flashdancers, which gets goot tourist trafiic, because it's the only decent club right in Times Sq.

I currently work at Hustler Club in NY. Do not come down to NY for the weekend. The weekend is the slowest nights out of the week. Mon- Thrus $$$$.

I am really enjoying working at Lace in West Nyack, NY. Also Stilleto is right down the road and is supposed to be better $$ but more grinding. Hotels would be cheaper in this area, as well as free parking etc. I make around $300-$400 on days. House fees after all tipouts are $70 days to $100 nights. I don't work weekends but from what other girls say it's busier on weekends than weekdays. These are very clean clubs with very pretty girls that know how to hustle. If you can't hustle you will make no money at all here. Good luck in finding a club for you!

I rarely post on threads but thought i'd give my 2 cents. I work at PEC and its still rocking. $1000 btw tues-thurs is pretty normal. Not bragging or anything, but we get the best custys. even in the summertime during a heat wave
