Since coming back home, I've not been able to sleep well. I mean, I can get to sleep and everything just fine... but I wake up in the middle of the night.
I stay awake for about two hours a night. So I look weird when I get '8' hours of sleep and look like a zombie. I only got 5 or 6. Seven if I'm lucky.
I've tried my medication and it's helping me fall asleep but not stay there. My other medication makes me sleep 16 hours. GAH. Iw ant something in the middle.
Is there anything to help keep a decent sleeping pattern?
