http://www.okinawantea.com/
It's supposed to be this special tea that makes you drop weight and so on and so forth. Am I being totally gullible or is it possible that this works. If anybody has tried it pleas let me know

Re: Has anyone tried this????
I clicked on "buy it" to see how much it is and it's like $57. So let me know if it works! I don't think I'm willing to try it just to see. And maybe only 3% of people there are overweight because of the way they eat, not because of the tea they drink.

Re: Has anyone tried this????
Not usually a scam, more like stuff they forget to add in, like include an exercise regiment and don't eat iceream as a three course meal option. i'm on these diet supplements called EHP200 and i've lost 11lbs in the past 9 days. if a product offers a 30 day money back guarentee, usually it does work if the directions are followed. maintaining the weight lost after you reach your desired results is what they have the problem with guarantee-ing; you're on your own from there.
Go for it, it's natural.

Re: Has anyone tried this????
Well I dug a little deeper after I posted this thread and found out that there are only two ingredients in this product. Green Tea and Jasmine. So I'm not getting it. I went to Albertsons and picked up some Liptons Green Tea with orange, passionfruit, and Jasmine! Yay. I'm sure this will work just fine and it's like 3 bucks for 20 servings lol, better than $60 bucks. Doing your research pays!! And I also got a can of powdered drink mix that is 100% natural green tea extract to add to my water. That way I am getting my daily amount of water without buying those expensive flavored waters with added sugar and sodium. I'm having a good day!!!!

Watch out because tea can dehydrate you if you're not drinking plain water as well.

Re: Has anyone tried this????
Most of these tea products work because they are diuretics. So, yes, people lose "weight" on them...but it's safer to cut the teas and just eat healthy and exercise.

Re: Has anyone tried this????
Green tea is really good for you and lower in caffenine than regular black tea. Drinking a cup or 2 a day won't hurt you and may even help you.

Re: Has anyone tried this????
To experience any measurable uplift in your metabolism you would have to be drinking about 5 cups of green tea per day. Might stain your teeth... All green tea contains is caffeine and antioxidant stuff.
I say don't bother with it unless you like the taste.
