Oh fun. I'm supposed to be asleep again and I woke up panicking over my job interview. I'm not supposed to be awake for six hours! Now I'm browsing via my phone. I think I'll have a cup of tea but it never helps. How do I stop waking in a panick? It stopped for a little when my boyfriend went on holiday and I had time to myself. If it's not one thing...

What about hot milk? If I have warm/hot milk I induces sleep. Red wine also makes me tired/sleepy. Then there is the (illegal) kind that when I used to do it (only did for three months due to this side effect) helped induce sleep even if I tried ever so hard to not want to sleep (a lovely thing sometimes called mary jane).
