I usually run in the evenings, but sometimes I don't have time to devote 45 minutes to strength training so basicly I just pretty much work out in my office. While I'm doing work, every 20 minutes or so I'll do 3 minutes of squats/pilates and then some arm weights while I read. Anyone know if breaking it all up like this makes it less effective? I do find I do about twice as much workout when I break it up like this.
