Default when co-workers break the contact rules?

if you work in a no contact club (and, really, even if you work in a high mileage club) why do the owners/bouncers/dj's think they are above the rules. if i paying customers aren't allowed to grab my ass then you can be damn sure i don't want you doing it for free!

and can you even say anything about this without causing trouble? or is best to just deal with it?

I used to have a dj with a total ass fetish who would ask if he could pay me to lick my ass crack. Even though I knew he wasn't kidding I told him, "hey, I know you're only playing around but that kinda makes me uncomfortable". They usually are pretty embarrased at this point and they should be. They probably just don't realize how inappropriate it is.

im glad that doesnt happen at the club i work at, cause the manager's wife strips there for one and the dj's girlfriend is a waitress there and we dont have any boucers so it never happens here......i would be pissed and say something though if that did happen

It could be an ego thing for them aswell....'I work here so I get special treatment from the girls for nothing'. Unfortunately there are girls that are fine with that and thats cool. Although I don't like it and I just look straight at them and say"No" then smile politely but mean it. Dont say anything to anyone else cos it looks like your making trouble unless it is persistant then tell your dance manager. Try and deal with it yourself. Thats my opinion anyway......

I had a bouncer in America try to give me money for sex. Like, dumb ass, I just complained to you a customer did that! He said it was okay because my boyfriend was in Australia. Ugh.

No. I realise that the club etc is set up in a way to cater to their base instincts (as such) and thus I never ever expect anything much of them in the club............outside of the club it doesn't change much however I do not look down on them for it. I just use it to my advantage lol

As for co-workers... unfortunately, this is one industry where that type of sexual harassment is definately NOT taken seriously. *sigh* Far different from an office sort of situation. Shame. Just means that all you can do is tell them it makes you uncomfortable... and move on. If they continue, then tell a dance manager if you can ... ultimately, it isn't like you can file sexual harassment...

I guess all jobs have their downsides. AND that seems to be a major one.

They try this cause a lot of girls for some reason would rather give it away than sell it. It makes no sense to me, I don't want to be touched but if I will better be geting paid for it.

honestly, yes. but at the same time, it makes me that much more appreciative of the few great guys i meet. so there's always an upside, right?

I kid around with the bouncers and staff and they seem cool with it and joke back but none of its serious. Me and the bouncer kid around that we're gonna get married but its never serious. Im glad where I work everyone is down to earth, "normal", and just NORMAL! lol... its all fun and games most of the time...
