    Default craptacular day!

I just wasn't feelin' it today. Usually, I'm on it and if I'm not, I fake it 'till I am. Today, blah.

Went to work. Got all dolled up. Looked around the room and I was over it. Ended up getting sauced, making $105 (after tip out & fees) and leaving.

Now, after a long nap, I have a raging headache and I'm dissapointed in myself for not trying harder.

Then again, I figure what the hell. Even those of us who only work two days a week are allowed to slack off once in a while.

Anybody else have days like this?

Yes, definitely. It sucks that you didn't make more money tonight, but on the other hand, hey atleast you made a solid hundred bucks. There have been nights when I felt sick or not in the mood, and I left with less than that and wondered why I even bothered to get off my ass and go into work.

This summer has been sucking big-time overall for most strip clubs, it seems. That's one of the reasons that I haven't been very motivated to work very much lately. I wouldn't be too hard on yourself for not trying. We all have those days, and at least you made something, as opposed to breaking even or not being able to make house fee. Bad days and not feeling "into it" are just parts of the business.

I hear ya sometimes. But just think that those kinds of days add up. One saucy night there...another lazy night here. In the long run think about how much money you lost on your time you spent not in service. Do you work alot of shifts? If so, maybe you can cut down to less and just bust your butt on those days instead of a few good days and a lazy day.

I only work two days a week and I haven't had a "fuck it" day in about 6 months. Usually, I'm one of the busiest girls. I think part of my problem yesterday is that this is the last week I'm working before I take a week long vacation... it's like my brain is already in another state!

Oh well, I go into work tomorrow so yesterday will give me even more motivation to be on it.

Yes, go make that extra before vacation. All the more reason to have an even cushier vacation. 2 days a week is awesome and still bank. The same thing happened to me before my BA.

It happens. I've found that when I try to work more shifts in a week I just burn out and don't care as much. You'll probably make up for it next time you work, though. It usually seems to work out that way.
