    Default management issue

I work in a no-contact club. This means no contact whatsoever, a hand on the leg can be brushed off, although usually I don't bother unless it creeps towards the butt.

So...occasionally a girl will get fired for grinding or getting too friendly. Lately, a girl who used to work for our club has returned. She grinds, not aggressively, but obviously, brushes her boobs up and down the stomach/chest/crotch, and puts her breasts in the face.

I couldn't take it anymore, so I complained to our manager tonight. I've never once complained to him about another girl. Apparently many girls were complaining about many other girls, because at the end of the night we got a lecture.

The gist of the lecture was that we're the cleanest club around, so go somewhere else and see if you like it, if you were doing your job and paying attention to customers you wouldn't notice girls grinding, and my favorite, "maybe your definition of contact is not the same as management's definition of contact" !! Well, I'd like management to define their version of contact then, and change the contract that I signed!

What a load of shit. I'm going elsewhere and they can eat it. I'm not working in a club that's allowing itself to go into the gutter and dragging everyone else along.

They have obviously decided that they will allow more contact, and that little speech was their way of saying "Shut up and get with the program or get the fuck out".

I would shop around for other clubs, but I wouldn't burn any bridges with the current club if it is a low contact place where you make money. See what's out there and if you find something you like better, make the move but never burn your bridges.

We have a girl like that at my club. We're no contact -PERIOD- as well...but when she hits the floor it's like a whole new gameplan. She doesn't even try to hide it!! She's constantly in the VIP, and whenever she and I are in there together, I wonder "now why hasn't management intervened"...That's because they won't because she brings in so much money.

I agree with B, don't burn your bridge babe.

You may go to some other club that seems like paradise at first, then it turns out to be dick-suck-o-rama land, and than realize how good you really may have had it

    Good luck

Yeah, I'm not deluding myself that I'll ever find a club as clean as my old one. Just their attitude about it pissed me off, after they laud themselves as the cleanest club around. Well if everywhere else is 100% dirty and you're only 95% dirty, then yes you are, but you're still dirty.

What makes me angry is that I know if I did it, I'd get fired. Some people are above the law and others aren't.

bottom line usually is that if/when the club is hurting for cash flow, contact is negotiable. Farther reaching problem is when club management figures out that tacitly allowing girls to offer higher contact produces more revenue for the club, both from increased customer interest and the club's cut of high contact dancers' private dance / VIP sales, and at the same time poses essentially zero legal risk for the club (because the clubowner can plead 'honest officer I had no idea what was going on in the private dance room' and get away with it), future contact levels will never decrease.

There are some owners and managers who get booked for "pandering" though. So there can be legal risk for them personally.

I don't think they're to the point where they will allow a lot, because they just fired two girls a week or so ago, and they were girls who were grinding.

I think that because we had those two leave, and 3 girls quit last week, they are short on girls, and will let almost anyone stay until numbers are back up.
