    roughness?

ok...quick question. a lot of girls get really rough onstage - slam their ass into the pole/on the floor, wrap their legs around guys' necks, pull them by their shirts, gyrate like they're having seizures....i know everybody has their own style but it seems like getting a little violent is the standard. does it bring in more money because it looks like you're trying harder, or what? as a customer i like it when a stripper gets a little bit crazy with me, but i don't want to stick my shoes in anyone's face until i'm coordinated enough not to take a chunk out of them. and i don't want to do any ass-slamming unless the money is THAT much better...

Ive sat with guys who have complained about how the girl on stage wont stop slamming her heels or why she ungracefully plopped down from the top of the pole. I understand interacting with customers more and I only do that if they are already tipping well anyway.

When youre on stage do only what YOU are comfortable with. It will end up looking akward and forced if you do something just because the other girls are doing it.

The ass slamming thing seems to work well for the bachelor parties and large groups of frat boys. Everyone else seems to like it slow & sensual.

I agree. I do what I feel comfy with, and what I think looks good. Don't do something just because everyone else is, thats NEVER a good reason to do something. One of the only things you should do even if you don't feel like it is smile and be friendly. (Unless they are cheap mean assholes!) Let your confidence shine through. Nothing looks worse than a girl trying to do something she can't onstage, when she obviously can't do it. Many guys may see you as a nice change for not being rough onstage. After all, if we all did the same thing onstage it would be quite boring, eh???

There are girls who get all smashy and angry-like here too. It definitely gets attention, but it's kinda tacky I think. Like BAM with the heels smacking down as they insta-drop into the splits- BAM- my VAGINA!! like RIGHT HERE!! like LOOK guys MY CROTCH!!! SPREAD!!! CMON?!!

thanks - it is a good thing that we all have our own style. for now i'll let the crazy girls be crazy girls, and when i'm more comfortable in my shoes maybe i'll get a little crazy too. till then i'll just be the slow-moving tease.

I drop into the splits. >_< I try to do it to the music 'cause I hate when my heels BAM onto the stage too, so the music usually covers it up. >_<

agreed. at private bachelor/birthday parties i'm very SLAM BAM WHIP SPANK etc, but on stage at the club i prefer to be a little bit more graceful.
