    Here's a little pole help

    http://www.g4tv.com/themanshow/features/52977/Pole_Dancing_101.html

Very simple, basic stuff but looks like you need some good body strength, lol. I couldn't find the step by step directions at first but they're blue like the page! Right above the rating scale. Be sure to click on the first pic, otherwise you just get to read a bunch of comments left by horny guys wishing their "girlfriends did that." lol. Click on the pictures, they'll open up in a different window and you can enlarge them to get a REALLY good idea of exactly where your hands, knees, legs, etc are suppose to be. Hope this helps!

    Love,
    Mandy

I used to have the strength to do those. I used to do this one and flip out of it into the splits. I can't wait to get into my new house and put in my pole!

Awesome, when do you finally get to move in? One of my close friends just moved into their new house, that has to be an amazing feeling.

    yea, i second verticaldance.com

also, the pole she's on isn't "rusty", it's just not "polished" steel, it's galvanized...pretty much, it's a fence post from home depot...lol

On that crescent moon trick - where's her other arm? Is she holding on with both arms? It seems like having both arms between your legs would make it a lot harder, but I don't see her other one at all, which suggests she's got it on the pole as well. Ouch!

Spiffy, thank you! I am so going to give it a try as soon as my bum wrist stops being a bitch. And have fun on your pole once it's installed! Someday I too will have one; I have to confess - I read through the pole-buying threads and dream.
