Wow, that's what Hustle Hut is all about. I'd strongly recommend you doing a search.
You can discuss anything. I rarely discuss work though...I usually tell them a funny scenario about the club...gets them laughing and gets them comfortable.
Some Douchebag: "[Pimp C] 12:43 am: its true we got to stick together the black people on SW CK you is teh condoleeza of SW"

Introduce yourself (stage name) and say anything to make them feel at ease. Many times I can say the "stereotypical blonde" comment that seems to get them laughing at times and at ease. Just have fun, and be outgoing, and you will be successful.
Isocrates: “Democracy destroys itself because it abuses its right to freedom and equality. Because it teaches its citizens to consider audacity as a right, lawlessness as a freedom, abrasive speech as equality, and anarchy as progress.”
tell them this great new joke you've heard. ask them for any good jokes they know. proceed from there with one song of small talk, and now that you've got them warmed up try to get them interested in getting smoking hot in the back with you.
Ask them questions about themselves. People love to talk about themselves, especially men.
Don't waste too much time just chatting, though. If he doesn't seem interested in a dance, move on to someone who is.
i worked in sales for along time...i went to a seminar about making people feel comfortable and "bonding" with them...questions are the key to everything. people LOVE to talk about themselves....also it makes you seem like you actually give a shit about what they're saying (even if youre barely listening)
"Tell people whatever they want to hear, then do whatever you want"

You don't want to get them yapping too much. You want to sell them a dance. Keep it super simple, light, friendly and direct. I like to make little wisecracks but I do not spend much time on the chat. 30 seconds or so and I'm asking for the dance - if they're not buying at that time, they wouldn't buy if I spent another 5, 10, 30 minutes either. Time is money so time to move on!
I basically introduce, ask if they're having fun, maybe make some wisecrack about the club / my outfit / stripper cliches, etc and then ask for the dance.
The whole point is to ask for the dance. Don't wait around for them to ask you.
