    Default Pyruvate

    Ok since I've been off of diet pills I need a new kickstart. Only 8 more lbs to lose. I've tried to take Tonalin CLA but it gave me serious gastrointestinal problems.

    I've been reading online and there is alot of contradictory information. Some say its a waste of money (so are diet pills) or include side effects such as gas, bloating, and
    diarrhea. Some say you need at least 5g per day for it to be effective. Another article says you need 30g to be effective. Anyone who has taken it or currently takes it how much did you take and what brand did you take?

    Pyrvate was pretty popular back ~5yrs ago. Users weren't really seeing any improvements while on it, that could be due to under dosage though. Most company's have stopped including it into their fatburners and its somewhat fading away in the industry.

    **update**
    After some extra research I started taking the supplement. Except instead of 2 tabs 3 times a day. I take all 6 right before my cardio. Instead of me wanting dying at the 15 min mark I can go for 45 min or more just fine. I can workout really hard and not feel like Im going to drop afterwards. I dont get jittery the way diet pills made me feel. Ive been off those for months now.

    I read that you are suppose to cycle the supplement b/c your body gets used to it afterwhile. So one bottle on and one off. 5 weeks on then 5 weeks off kinda thing.
