Ok since I've been off of diet pills I need a new kickstart. Only 8 more lbs to lose. I've tried to take Tonalin CLA but it gave me serious gastrointestinal problems.
I've been reading online and there is alot of contradictory information. Some say its a waste of money (so are diet pills) or include side effects such as gas, bloating, and diarrhea. Some say you need at least 5g per day for it to be effective. Another article says you need 30g to be effective. Anyone who has taken it or currently takes it how much did you take and what brand did you take?
