Default Old "desert island" question - Only one television series for entertainment.

You're stuck alone on a desert island, and all you have for entertainment is a solar-powered portable DVD player. You can choose one television series for entertainment, with all of the currently existing seasons on DVD. Which one would it be?

For me, the original "CSI" in Las Vegas.

For me, it would have to be Grey's Anatomy... but I would need a LOT more than the one season that is out on DVD... if not Grey's Anatomy, I would want to have CSI:Miami... but thats just me.

Emmanuelle? Not really great porn. I have a 6 hour compilation DVD with loads of good scenes I could live on.

I'd take any of the first three season of MASH, 4400 season 2, Lost season 1, or one of the first 2 seasons of the Sopranos. Thinking about it, I'd rather have nothing. It would make life much easier.

EDIT: Sorry, I thought it was just one season. Currently existing, entire series would be MASH, Seinfeld, or the Simpsons.

South Park, I've always loved that show.

LOL...you rock Cally. These two would absolutely be in my top 5. I've already seen every episode of MASH at least 50 times already anyway...what's a few thousand more. I think the top of my list would probably be Chicago Hope though. My TIVO works overtime to catch them all on the Discovery Medical channel they're re-running on now.

Buffy Buffy Buffy. For me, really no contest there. I worship Joss Whedon like no other mortal on this planet. (I did love Firefly, too, Paige!)

If for some heinous reason Buffy became unavailable, Freaks & Geeks or The Simpsons might keep me from offing myself . . .

Lets see I just can't choose:

    Buffy is a good choice
MASH could really sway me there. There are some very good episodes.
SCTV, Second City Television, man if I could get that complete...
Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister
    24
    Prison Break
Dr. Who.... from the first EP to the most current series, at least it could keep me occupied.
I’d add Wild Palms, but it is too short.
Does MST3K count as a TV show? I’d just love to see the Gamera episodes again, especially the one with the dominatrix that kept cracking the whip and the little girl hostage that kept saying “I wanna COKE!”.

For those of you that want porn:

    Red Shoe Diaries
Click/invisible man Yes this was a porn tv series shown in NZ
    The Hunger
Can Can Bunny Extra... just not enough ep to keep you going for years
U-Jin Short Stories, The New Angel Tales of Innocence/Perversion

Just be careful if you bring any kids shows with hot female hosts.... you'll end up thinking about them... argh!! The Horror!!

On an island,. you want something practical.

    Gilligan's Island.
"He will come in one of the pre-chosen forms. During the rectification of the Vuldrini, the traveler came as a large and moving Torg! Then, during the third reconciliation of the last of the McKetrick supplicants, they chose a new form for him: that of a giant Slor! Many Shuvs and Zuuls knew what it was to be roasted in the depths of the Slor that day, I can tell you!"

Hmm...I have to list them too, can't choose.

LOST (this goes with the whole desert island theme, not sure if it would be reassuring or freaky in such a scenerio)

    House

Grey's Anatomy (must see who meredith picks while stranded)

    Firefly

    Arrested Development

Rescue Me (funny as fuck show)

    Nip/Tuck (twisted as fuck show)
