Default Seeking non conservative BA plastic surgeon

Does anyone have suggestions of BA docs known as "The Best BA Surgeon" for professionals (dancers, Score models etcs.) I could check out. Ones that strippers go to have their BA's "professionaly" done with large nice results. Docs that are non conservative and are skillful with large implants, that do the Pam Anderson and big league girls somewhere in the 1000cc + . I currently have 650cc inflated to 700cc done 9 yrs. ago but now want a different (non-natural) look, more projection and lots of fullness in the upper pole, round & firm. I live in Virginia but willing to travel.

I think Melonie has the string implants, which are no longer approved by the FDA.

"String ImplantsString breast implants, or polypropylene implants, were developed by Dr. Gerald W. Johnson and designed to yield extreme, almost cartoonish breast sizes. The polypropylene in string breast implants absorbs fluids and expands once implanted into the breast. The result is almost continuous breast growth after surgery. Despite the apparent danger and frequent complications, this type of breast implant was popular among adult entertainers. String implants were only available for a very short time before being pulled off the shelves by the FDA several years ago."

From what I understand, the implants expand each month with the normal fluid retention of a woman's cycle. So, basically, they just get bigger and bigger every month.

Beware that a Dr. who agrees to perform seriously large implant procedures are REALLY shady. Good Dr's do not perform such extreem procedures.

If you simply must do something uber extreem to their body PLEASE do the homework and think long and hard about if you are willing to never have a normal/average body type the rest of you life and why you want the procedure in the first place. Surgery is in many ways a forever choice.

It's your body and I fully support your right to alter it as you see fit but please consider ALL the things involved in doing so before you slice and dice yourself because you don't want to end up with revolting or Frankenstein like results lthe people in the following article ended up with :

ok, firstly, to achieve a "large" breast implant with good results, it usualyy takes multiple surgeries to slowly stretch the imlant pockets and for your body to adjust. by trying to achieve a larger size in the first few surgeries, you greatly expose yourself to complications like symastia (uni-boob) or bottoming out. please visit

    http://allaboutplasticsurgery.com/my...g=baforum&msg=

which is a very informative site on BA's, you will have to register but it's free. most of the women there are conservative but post a thread looking for "hoochiemamma" or ask about your intentions and someone should get hold of her for you. she has 1250cc implants and has achieved this over multiple surgeries, maybe she can help you

HA! Tom Pousti is the absolute best! Yes, I'm a tiny bit bias because he created my "masterpieces".
Will it be ok to post a photo here??

Both of these doctors will give you a very large BA:

Doctor Leonard Grey in San Francisco
    Doctor Fisher in L.A.

Tom DeWire does great work too --->

although with the new FDA rules restricting imported implants the best you're probably going to do in the size department are overfilled 1000cc implants. Hey, at least getting 1000+ cc entitles you to write off the cost of your implants as a 'business expense' tax deduction under the IRS 'Chesty Love Letter Ruling' !

I do love DeWire! He did mine and I'm very happy.

But he's fairly conservative with size.
