How often do you guys work out? I'm getting really frustrated b/c I usually enjoy working out, but lately I've lost basically all motivation. I'm eating more often than usually (though still relatively healthy), and exercise seems pointless because I've gained so much weight.
I usually switch it up, one day I'll jog or walk (depending on my energy). Another day I'll get on the elliptical and lift weights.-This used to happen about 4 days a week on average.
I do situps almost everyday. Usually between 100-500. I used to have a nice chiseled little stomach. Now I'm just bloated...and blahhh.Any thoughts?
