Does anyone know of any exercises I can do to bulk up down there? I've tried searching online, to now avail. Most people want slimmer hips, not bigger ones...

haha I had this problem... not anymore. Due to a special diet of potato chips and whatever-the-hell-else-I-want, I now have a butt and hips! Yay!
How old are you? I didn't get my hips till around 24. Late bloomer I guess

Don't know of any excercizes like this, but if you want to create the illusion of ass, wear ruffly bottoms, pleated skirts, or anything else that adds a bit of volume down there.



I hear you Dottie. I'm the exact same way. It's not about how much weight you gain...it's about your frame. Unfortunately, I doubt there's any hope for us boy-hip girls.Personally, I got boobs and that helped. Not recommending them. It's just my experience.

^^^ yes it works. On my body not only did it add flab to my hip area but also made my bones shift in place and make me look wider. Exercise and diet got rid of the flab but I still hate the width and wish I could get my narrow teenager hips back. I guess we all want the body type we can't have. . .
