    Default Travelling girls-

    - do you travel because the clubs in your home city suck, because you love the adventure, or both? Or some other reason?

Just curious. I'm not positive what my reason is- technically, I know I could make 80-100% of what I make on the road working in Vancouver, but it's just more and more unappealing to work there...I don't know exactly why. I get sick of travelling, but it's on the whole preferable to the anxiety I get working at the local clubs. What gives? Is this common?

I travel because I love seeing new places. If it sucks, at least I know it sucks and don't need to go back. If it doesn't, I always found a cool new place to go! I have a homebase club and go other places. My next stop is either Texas, NY or San Francisco.

Whenever I'm getting annoyed at every little thing at work..when I walk in with a chip on my shoulder..I know it's time for a change of scenery. A week or two away and I come back refreshed.
Plus the clubs here are so AMAZINGLY high miliage that I make a LOT more money out of town where I dont have extras to compete against.
People always ask me, did I ever learn anything when I was a stripper? Yeah, I did. One man plus two beers equals 20 dollars.

A - - I travel because the clubs in my hometown and the nearby city (Brisbane) are touching clubs and I do not want to work in that environment. Granted, I also have a love/hate relationship with where I live right now. Surfers Paradise is getting really built up now with more and more traffic... more and more people... plus the unit I live within sucks... so until the clubs locally turn into the rest of Australia (nude no touching) I will continue to travel. I also tend to overall make more money away from home with private parties etc than I do at home... I travel because I kinda have to do so. I don't make really that much money at home.

I like travelling. It allows me to get away from home and clear my head. I find my hustle is better when I am out of town then when I am working here. To top it all off, I love the change in scenery!

I like to travel for the adventure, the excitement of a new club/area, etc. I will be travelling alot more now that I'm living here because it's sooo much better in other places.

I also tend to work more when I travel for work because 1) it's what I'm there for and 2) I'll be bored out of my mind and thinking of all the money I'm missing if I stay at the hotel. I don't go out when I take a work trip, so it works out well. Depending on the length of the trip, I'll take off 0-2 days only. It's MUCH easier for me to skip work and stay home if I'm at home.

I didn't travel much when I was in Austin because I was pretty happy there and because starting at new clubs made me so nervous (I worked at two, total, between 1998-2004). But when I moved to Cincinnati I had to travel, so there you go. Now it's more fun for me, though profit is definitely my main motivator.

I travel a lot for fun, though, not for work, and I always have.
